Following the positive outcome of the on-site audit for the renewal of the company's Quality Management System certification, in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard, ICIM confirms the renewal of the certification, which, being the result of a third party audit, is reliable proof of the correct maintenance of the Quality Management System and of the strengthening of the company's image on international markets.
 
The on-site certification renewal audit was conducted on the basis of the "Golden Label" model, evaluating and verifying the Caleffi key values of continuous improvement, personnel involvement, customer care and innovation.
 
This sixth renewal bears witness to the sound management principles that have led to the company's success and constantly guided the certification policy adopted in 1990.
